Paprastai atitinkamybė tarp formaliųjų ir faktinių parametrų nustatoma pagal jų išdėstymo eilę sąrašuose, esančiuose paprogramės antraštėje ir kreipinyje į ją, rečiau – kreipinyje nurodant atitinkamybę išreikštiniu būdu.
